Hi all,

1) How to reorder reports on a single tab based on user preference. I do not find any order configuration to change the position of the report.

How to reorder the reports within a single tab?

2) I have created a interactive filter as below and added to the dashboard, and still the reports do not react to it, and I do not find the option to Follow interactive reports. Is it limited to only widget?

Even after selecting a priority the reports has no change

Hi @Gokul Nath  ,

1st: in relation to change report order based on user preferences, this is not a possibility.

2nd: an interactive filter is done according to standard reports. If there is no affect from an interactive filter in relation to your report, you need to verify both the interactive filter configuration and the report configuration.

Hello,

1. When sharing the dashboard, give user the edit permission. Next, user can click on Configuration icon on top right, and drag and drop the reports to arrange them as they prefer. NOTE: the dashboard view will be as this user desires.

Preferably, if the admin can follow this process and arrange the report widgets on the dashboard as per user desires.

2. To have the reports follow the interactive filter, on dashboard click on configuration icon on top right. On top of each report widget, click on the settings icon, check the follow interactive filter. Also make sure the interactive filter's setting icon have the "act as interactive filter" checked.

Try this and let me know if any further questions.
