Here this Scenario:
1.We have three Automated Indicator that has been used in Formula Indicator [example : Catalog submission +VA ticket submission + incident submission)] which has different "Indicator source" and ofcourse different "Fact Table". I have set range within formula indicator and PA dashboard also been created.
Call Deflection Percent | 21 |
Score (20-30 range = 10) | 10 |
Rate(score*25%) | 2.50 |
2.Now I have to created a breakdown which is yearly/monthly wise. an interactive filter must be created to add in the PA dashboard. As I mentioned data are coming from different table/indicators and no specific field to mention this. example VA submission date there is no field to that. How Mapping of the associated field ? What field must be mapped ,if there is no field. which fact table must be used.
Is it possible to create "Interactive filter" in PA dashboard for this scenario.?

If you don't have a field to filter your data on, you can't filter.
You will have to make sure you do have a date on all tables that need to be updated by the filter.

If that's a date/time field on the VA ticket, yes. If it's from the worknote, no, because that's not stored on the table you are referencing from your filter. That's the sys_journal_field table.
