Issue with Transferring Update Sets Data from DEV to UAT

Hello PA Community, I'm having trouble transferring Update Sets from DEV to UAT that includes the Performnace Analytics dashboard I'm doing.  Basically, after we commit and retrieve in UAT, the dashboard does not capture the widgets which gives blank. However, the indicators, breakdowns, widgets and data collection are captured. It's just not projecting in the dashboard. Does anyone know why this issue persist?
