Hello Team ,
I am Preparing a report , however we are not able to see hold tickets
my conditions are below
My observation:
On hold Tickets are not Visible on Task table
when I created Tickets on Incident Table tickets are visible for me.
what could be the reason and how can i fix this?

Don't write task. Instead write incident which will give you the incident table fields as example:

Hi @pramn ,
the “on hold” could be that it’s only visible on the extended table and not on task table. I would recommend you to dot-walk to the table in scope and take the on hold from the direct table instead of the task table.
