We're trying to show how many approvals are still pending at the end of each month, that are more than 30 days old. The numbers here for average appear to be correct but when I change the time series to see the sum, the number is summing all the numbers together for each day of the month, instead of showing the total at the end of the month.
So for March we see 1,695 for the total, but the show records has 288 which appears to be correct.

Hi @alhicks ,
The reason is that PA is just doing what you're asking. You have created a daily snapshot of data created before 30 days ago. So when you're summing by month, it will take all snapshots and sum together.
If you would like to see the number on a monthly level, you should instead have a monthly data collection which gives you the information.
