I think we’ve all run into it – you are using a chatbot, you type in something you think it should be able to handle and in response you get “Sorry. I don’t understand.” Where to go from there? Maybe you type in your request slightly differently, or you just get frustrated and give up. Introduced in June 2023, this tool leverages large language models to provide direct, relevant, and conversational responses to user inquiries within the Virtual Agent interface. It can deliver immediate information such as code snippets, product images, document links, and knowledge base summaries, facilitating cross-departmental communication and increasing productivity. Now Assist for Virtual Agent integrates with Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service LLM or OpenAI API, ensuring accurate and contextual responses while minimizing errors by pulling information from the customer's environment. Hi Maik, 

 

I hope you can help somehow.

 

I am completing the Virtual Agent Simulator lab to get my micro-cert and find myself stuck due to the inability to install "ITSM Virtual Agent Conversations" plugin on my lab instance. I am using the latest version of the app as suggested in the App Store Version 8.2.1 and I checked all the required plugins that should be activated prior to this one. 

 

Nothing helps. I have errors that the plugin cannot be activated, any ideas why?

 

P.S. I tried terminating the instance and it didn't help too.
