Availability Reporting Options

I'm looking to create a dashboard to display the availability scores for our critical applications.  I was thinking I would create a series of indicators and formulas to calculate the availability percentage for the month, year to date and hours/minutes remaining depending on their availability target, and them group them by criticality and engagement channel (like customer service vs point of sale).  As I've been working on this, I've run into a few issues and have some questions.

1) How can I determine the number of days in the month/year to date in a formula indicator?  I tried numerous functions (like getDaysInMonthUTC()) and haven't had any success.

2) Is there a better way that I should consider doing this?  It seems like creating a handful of indicators/formulas for each app (probably looking at 40-50 apps total) might be an inefficient way to do it, but I can't think of a better way on my own.  I did see there is a feature called Service360, but I couldn't find any good examples of what it looks like and if it is flexible enough to do what I want.

Thanks in advance for any help and suggestions.

I ended up creating a manual indicator that included the number of minutes in each month.  It worked like a charm.

What did you end up doing here?  I have Service Portfolio setup and running based on Service Offerings (related to Application CIs). At this point exporting the data to Excel and manipulating it there was the only option for us to get the report that was required.

I ended up creating a manual indicator that included the number of minutes in each month.  It worked like a charm.

Can you provide some details on the Manual indicator?  I am trying to create a formula indicator and use the # days in a month as the denominator.  Thanks!
