Backlog Reports for Incident and Requested Item

Hello Experts,

I want to create backlog reports for Incident and Requested Item that fetches data weekly.

Do we have to create a new PA widget and indicator for this or we can use any OOTB one.

Please help.

Can you pease define the "backlog" details, what data you are considering as backlog, you can provide that filter condition in report.
