Clarity on the Duration / Resolve Time / Business resolve time columns on the incident table

Hello SN Community, 

I would like some clarity / input on the "Duration" ,"Resolve Time" & "Business Resolve Time" columns on the Incident table before I get head first into some reporting. 

My assumption is that the "Duration" is the total time a task has been open in its entirety in any active state & "Resolve Time" is from created -> resolve state. I have no idea about the "Business Resolve Time" the value in this column is different from the "Resolve Time" so I'm not sure how they are measured and what makes them different.  

What kind of reports do you have that utilize these columns?

Wondering if anyone was able to locate a newer version or revive the link provided in this thread on deciphering the differences.
