Hi All
Have someone expericned huge (from to 5 to 30 "red" threads in System Performance "System Overview") concurrency spikes on the performance graphs? How you solved that performance issue?
My sympthoms are: happens in the morning when users massively log in to the system, may happen during day. Sessions hang waiting for synchronizer. Mostly happens to IE8 users 9corporate standart) but for FFox as well sometimes. the only way for hanged user to terminate this is to close all browser windows and open service-now again.
We already have /hi incident opened. The purpose of this thread is to get knowledge if this happens/happened to somebody already.

It was local MID server. After we disabled it (sys_trigger job that starts it) the Concurrency dissipated.
