configure the OOB percentage metrics for CIs in PA Dashboard

Hello everyone,
I am currently reviewing the CMDB Health Dashboard for Configuration Items (CIs). As shown in the dashboard, the Completeness score is 99% and the Correctness score is 78%, but I do not have deep CMDB/domain knowledge to determine the appropriate metrics and thresholds for these indicators. How to calculate this metrics, what are the tables that are involved to get this

Hi @EmmadishettV,

These are OOTB metrics design for health dashboard overall score. The health of CMDB is divided into 3 metrics. Completeness , Correctness and Compliance. These are calculated by OOB scheduled job to be run.

Completeness is divided further into 2 more metrics that is required and recommended fields. Required are basically mandatory fields set up through dictionary on CI Table where as recomended fields can be configure from class manager.

Correctness is divided into duplicate, Stale and Orphan CIs. Duplicate are already have oob feature to be identified within each CI class(cmdb table) where Stale basically means the number of days from last update threshold. OOB it is 60 days. After 60 the CI is considered staled. These can also be configured from class manager.
