Hi All,
How I can create a detailed report for a Service Desk Person? For example, I need to see how many tickets he solved last year and how fast he solved his ticket and how long we did not update his tickets

In order to report on these you first need to check if this data is already logged. For example you can check metrics, time worked and SLA data is available. You can then report on this data. Also there are some Out of the box dashboards available that you can make use of
