Create a report to show average response time grouped by month

Hello All,

 

I'm working on a dashboard for our tax department and they are wanting a report to measure their average response time each month (image below). I'm struggling with this, I can't seem to find the correct information to pull and how to display it. Here's what I have so far; I know this information is probably wrong and that's why it's not working. We also do not have performance analytics (yet)

are you using response SLAs? maybe consider reporting on that table if so as these records record elapsed time for each, then its just a matter of seeking average
