Hello ServiceNow Community,
I Am looking to create a report in the "license_details" subscription table, and I need it to display users' last login times based on their subscription type. Specifically:
- For subscription types labeled as "Approvers," I want the report to show users' last login times for up to the past 6 months.
- For subscription types labeled as "Fulfillers," the report should display users' last login times for up to the past 3 months.
Could someone please guide me on how to set up this report to achieve these specific criteria? Any assistance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance!

So each time when you are not able to explain a question in a way that someone can understand it, you will create another question? If everyone did it the way you do, the community would be full of useless questions and answers.
And sorry, also your second question cannot be understood by me. Someone else might have more luck.

Hi Maik,
I have a similar issue and was following your example as it appears to be what I am looking to accomplish. However for me in the ua_app_usage table, the subscription identifier field is not populated. Why would that be and how might I populate with the data from the license_details_item table? I am newer to ServiceNow so please forgive my lack of knowledge in this area.
Thank you in advance for your time.
