I have been tasked with creating a repot that captures printer, so hardware, and also queue name and IP address. I have the table, cmdb_ci_print_queue, but when selecting asset tag, it tries to pull that information from the queue/IP address field, which just started working in our system, and asset tag is not populated.
Can anyone give some advice for joining the two tables? Hardware/print queue? I need to capture information from the hardware profile, that has all the populated data I need, and IP/Queue table.
I've been looking through the information people have shared here, and still haven't found exactly what I'm looking for. Thanks everyone!
