Hi guys,
- I just need to know the least level of role (access level) required which would allow me to create and add interactive filters in Service Now dashboards please?
- Also is there a way to identify the role of a user in Service Now or is this only possible to be seen via an admin account?
Thank you for the input,
Kind Regards,
Deshan

Hey Deshan,
You must have the licensed version of Performance Analytics to create new interactive filters.
Plugin name: Performance Analytics - Premium (com.snc.pa.premium) plugin.
The Performance Analytics - Premium plugin's features include:
- Create indicators, breakdowns, widgets, and other records
- Create interactive filters and use interactive analysis
- Create text analytics widgets
- Use Performance Analytics with external data
- Preserve scores longer than 180 days
- Create in-form analytics
- Use a Microsoft Excel data source as part of the Report Designer report creation workflow
- Schedule Scorecard export to PDF
Also Refer the link, it will help you:

Hi Deshan,
1. You may find this link helpful.
2. I believe user_admin role can manage this. Please refer base system roles with more details on roles and description. https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/orlando-platform-administration/page/administer/roles/reference/r...

An important note, Interactive Filters no longer require Performance Analytics Premium as of Paris. They are included as part of the platform.
