Hello all,
I have the following issue: I try to make a dashboard visible to users with snc_external role. Even if I specify the dashboard to be restricted only to users with snc_external role, when an external user enters to the dashboard's URL, there is a security access constraint.
I attach some images of my dashboard and the issue that I face.
And the constraint issue:
Any ideas and comments are welcomed. Your assistance would be significantly valuable for me.
Thank you in advance.
Regards,
Smith.

I would rather try to use Service Portal page and PA widgets put on page which should be easier to share publicly.

I tried to put my report to a PA widget on service portal, but even if I set the page to be public, the external user still faces a security constraint.
Any ideas how I could fix it?

Reports still require access.
Try to use Performance Analytics widgets.

I made it work, so the external user can have access on a report on Service Portal, but the external user can not see the actual data. The visualization of the report is not visible to the external user. I receive "No data to display".
I use the incident table to this report. As admin, I can see the visualization.
Any ideas how to solve this?
