I work with a Dashboard in service now with a lot of different filters.
We check how many events service now created in the last 20 minutes.
If this number is above 25 it can be a generic issue.
Is it possible to get an notifications when a specified value on a Dashboard Widget is reached?
For me it would help a lot to be warned by mail when we have more then 25 events.
Is this possible?
