Date Range Interactive filter not working properly

Hi All,

 

I have tried to build a custom interactive filter using a macro and a widget following the guideline given in this post-

Since my dashboard was on a different scope so I had to create a script include as few functions didn't work in a different scope (As I read somewhere, that this kind of interactive filter is possible only in Global Scope). But I was able to achieve it using a script include.

 

The issue is, it works at times and it stops another time. I have to check the "Follow interactive filter" options and then reload and then it works in few cases. 

 

Please guide where is it lagging. Is it a ServiceNow bug?

@jeevan2 On the interactive filter click on settings and check "Act as an interactive filter" checkbox
