Date Settings > Period Question

Hi all. I have an issue I'm trying to figure out. Our metrics team is trying to create a PA widget using accustom created FCR indicator that pulls daily and calculates the percentage of the amount of FCR daily and the amount of FCR handled by a support group.

The issue is they want to create a PA Widget using Time Series type By month AVE and using a period of 6 months. The problem is the drop down goes from 7d, 1m, 3m, 1y, 2y, max and between. I'm assuming those are ootb, but is there a way to show the data the metrics team needs using a 6 month time period?

Hi Nikita,

You'll need someone with the admin role to do this.

  1. On the widget form, right click the word 'period' next to the drop-down with the date ranges you're trying to change.
  2. Select 'Show Choice List'
  3. Add a new option to the list with a label of '6m' and a value of '6m'.
  4. You may wish to change the sequence of this list so it appears in the correct order in the drop down.
  5. The new option should now be available in the drop down and on the widget itself when you tick 'show date selector'.

Let me know if it works! 🙂
