Hello @PARAS_ ,

I would recommend taking a backup before deleting any data, in case it is needed in the future.

You can delete data from the tables using configuration options available in ServiceNow, so there is no need to write any scripts.

How to delete/update bulk data without scripting :

For bulk record deleting there is OOTB option that is Data management .

Go to target table => filter out data which you want to delete ( apply OOTB filter functionality) =>Right click => In Context Menu => click on Data management => Delete with delete preview  => cascade preview => execute now ( from related links) => wait filtered out records will get deleted

Another option is use Archive and Destroy rules, which first move records to an archive table before permanent deletion. The data stays there until it meets the destroy duration, and this method also allows you to include related records during cleanup.

If this helps you then mark it as helpful and accept as solution.
