This graph doesn't show any data. I followed all the steps like
1)Similarity Solution - OOB one
2)Clustering solution - OOB one
3)Ran the scheduled job '[Knowledge Curation]: Generate HR Case Clusters'
Still not getting any data in the table 'kb_task_knowledge_coverage'.
I am not sure what I am missing. Please suggest. Thanks in Advance...

Hi Neha,
You can understand the concept and implementation from here:https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_article&sys_id=f5105b1cdb946810a08a1ea668961...
Mark my answer correct & Helpful, if Applicable.
Thanks,

Hi Neha,
Please follow below steps.
1) Check Demand Insight configuration and open respective similar and cluster definition.
https://yourinstance/kb_curation_config.do?sys_id=87c3054e0fb20010dbc3d2d92f767ebc&sysparm_record_target=kb_curation_config&sysparm_record_row=1&sysparm_record_rows=2&sysparm_record_list=
2) Run similarity definition and see examples it should show data.
3) Run below scheduled job and wait for few minutes.
https://yourinstance/sysauto_script.do?sys_id=35db49c20f360010dbc3d2d92f767e92&sysparm_record_target=sysauto&sysparm_record_row=1&sysparm_record_rows=2&sysparm_record_list=sys_scope%3Db715410673dc330083511c86fbf6a74d%5EORDERBYname
Note : Add run as someone who has HR admin role. In future it won't run automatically unless you add user who has HR admin role. but for now just click on execute now.
4) Once step 3 is done, refresh your clustering definition and see if records are shown if not then something is run otherwise it should show data like you can see in my screenshot. If data is present simply run clustering solution and wait until it gets complete
Once clustering definition is completed just refresh the homepage and it should work.
Mark my answer as correct or hit like based on impact.
Regards,
Musab
