Disable list scrolling in dashboards

In a Dashboard Data Visualization List, is it possible to completely disable the internal scrollbar? I have a list with pagination disabled, and it always contains only a single row. However, no matter how much I try to reduce its size, the empty space below the row is still about three times larger than the actual content. So I would prefer to make it shorter, but then the list intercepts the cursor. This is just an example

I believe you can't get rid of that.

but try raising case with ServiceNow to get final confirmation and do share us the update so that it helps.
