Double axis graphs

Hi,

Need to create double axis graphs (primary and secondary axis) where at one axis need to show number of open ticket and on secondary axis will place age. this will be a weekly trend. Not found any such graph in servicenow. Please guide.

Hi kumar,i think  the one which you are looking is PA(performance analytics) 

so please go through PA. for this am suggesting this ink it will give you some needful information which you are looking for .

Hi,

I was searching the same thing and I manage to do something like that.

When you create a report you can add a dataset to display a second series of data.

However, the issue is that the scale on the Y-axis only care about one series of data.

You can enable a second scale (Y axis) by opening your second dataset and goind to Style -> Axis and check "Show as a right Y axis".

This would display the two series of data at the scale of each Y axis.

this is the biggest reason I dread converting metrics to servicenow. The visualization options aree limp, and just got more limited with the latest version.
