Suggest an approach to study Field Service Management comprehensively

Hi @PRUDHVIDEEP,

 

when it comes to FSM, do you have some knowledge of Customer Service management (CSM)?

because FSM is an extra level of CSM and doesn't stand alone... so I suggest to understand CSM, at least the basic concepts and functionalities and then to focus on FSM. But going directly to FSM could be challenging (my opinion and I might be wrong) :))
