Formula Indicator not filtering on widget

Hi All, I will try my best to explain the issue I have regarding a formula indicator I have created. The formula indicator does the following.

[[Met Fulfillment SLA Request]] / [[Total Requests Fulfilment SLA]] * 100 || 0.

This part is working as expected, I have also added other breakdowns which are working as intended but have issues with one called "Requested For.Segment Country". This is looking at a field sci_requested_for.u_segment.u_country.name.

I created a filter on PA Dashboard called "Customer Country". This filter controls multiply widgets on the dashboard as its used for reporting. No matter what I add into the "data to filter" I can't get the widget it filters based on selecting a country. The only way I can get this to work is setting the data sources to an indicator rather than a table. This is not suitable as this will then not work for all the other dashboards that look at stats. Can anyone point me in the right direction before I lose my mind on this 🤣.

As you can see here scores are showing per month, so there is a value for Requested for.Segment country.

Hi Anders,

Thanks for the suggestion.

I managed to get this working after stepping away from it for a while. The solution was adding both the tables and the indicator sources to the data to be filtered. Whilst not perfect it does the job for now.

Hi @AdamShiner ,

Maybe a stupid question, but have you remembered to add the filter to all automated indicators and formula indicator?

If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
