sort a bar chart report on basis of count

I want to sort the following report on the basis of count? How to achieve this without using PA?

What happens when you make this an actual bar chart (this looks to be a column chart). This one shows the alphabetical order of the assigned to, because of your conditions. A bar chart will show the highest number up front. Your chart is trending per month, but only showing last month, so with that condition (last month), you only need the bar chart (I think).

Not in the way you want it to, unfortunately. It takes the alphabetical order of the grouped by.
