Generating a report on unused catalog items

How can I generate a report that will show me which catalog items have NOT been used in the past year? I'm trying to deactivate catalog items that customers don't have a use for anymore, so I need to be able to see the specific catalog item name. Any insights/ideas are appreciated. Thank you!

You can convert this to a list view or click on this score to get a view of all catalog items that satisfy this condition.

Thank you for your solution.  It works pretty good.  Most of the data in it is correct but there are a few requests that are showing up in my filter that should not be.  For example My condition is created between 01/01/2022 and 09/01/2022. And one of my catalog Items that is on the report has had items submitted within that time period.

I was trying to filter our new catalog items that have been summitted recently, which is why I have 2 created by filters.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
