How can I create an incident report for last 3 months group by month

I would like to create an Incident report closed during the last 3 months, group by month. For instance January = X, February = Y, March = Z

Jose,

      you can create a report which shows incidents by month. The result is a chart,   but when you click the bar, you will get all the incidents opened that month.
