How can I get a good list of OOTB reports per module?

Hello folks!

How can I get a good dump of OOTB reports per module? This would be every report that comes for incident, problem, change, etc.

Something that would serve as a reference for a customer.

You can provision a OOB PDI instance and then you can report on sys_report table on OOB PDI instance to find out reports on these task tables.
