Hi all,
I want to Provide access for few persons to edit a report. Now, if I share a report, they can both view and edit a report.
So, I want to restrict editing to few people.
Thanks.

You dont have to share a report for the indivual to see the data, if you publish it and just send them the published link to the report they can see the data but will not be able to modify it.
Another option would be to schedule the report to for those individuals, so they can receive the data but not the report.

Hi
In the current scenario, the report should be viewed to all people but edit access should be provided to 3 people only, Is there any way I can do this??
Thanks
Siva.

If you only want to give Read access but not Write access, then you need to deal with the ACL's.
Here is a link that talks more about it: https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_question&sys_id=5fc30ba5dbd8dbc01dcaf3231f9619b5
