How can I set a condition on a report to change the color of the reported number if it exceeds a specific amount

I have a single score report and I am being asked to have the color of the single line score change to Red if it exceeds  450.  Is that possible?  If so, how would I configure the condition script?

In the Indicator, you can Create a Target and use a Color Scheme

If you're on Jakarta or later - go under STYLE

there's a hyperlink for 'Edit Coloring Rules' - when you click that you can add a new rule. There you can set a value threshold and a color

 (this is for the reporting side, not PA)
