How do I go about accessing the widgets and indicators associated with a Workbench, specifically the Enterprise Architecture/APM Workbench?
I am trying to get into Edit mode for a couple of the scores on the Home tab, namely the "Business applications without capabilities" widget.

When you say "workbench," do you mean a workbench widget like this:
If so, please see the documentation at https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/xanadu-now-intelligence/page/use/performance-analytics/concep...

Alternatively, are you referring to the new EA Workspace (instead of Workbench)?
If yes, then there are a couple widgets you may be referring to so I'll mention both. IMPORTANT: In both cases, you can modify the widget's display name, location of, or visibility on the workspace, but it is not recommended that you modify the script/jobs creating the data in the widget.
1. To modify the display of the widgets, use the filter navigator to go to Enterprise Architecture > Enterprise Architecture Workspace > Configuration.
- Look for the Business applications without capabilities record for the counter widget in the Portfolio Health section at the bottom of the EA Workspace Home page
- This just generates a number to display and you can drill down into the list of Business Apps that comprise the total count.
- Look for Business applications not related to a business capability for the widget in the Insights section at the top of the EA Workspace home page.
- This data is created from a Audit type Scheduled Job Business Applications not related to any Business Capability that you can find in System Definition > Scheduled Jobs
- The job creates follow on tasks, when you drill down via the insights widget, you get a list of tasks where each Business App without a capability gets a task to relate a business capability to the application. These are automatically assigned to the IT App Owner
