how to change the language to spain in service portal

in service portal, in list of language spain is not displaying but its active how to change it for user as spain, we can see the language is active, plugin is available, how to handle this

I’m not sure where you encountered an issue, but I recently installed the i18n package for Spanish, and I can now change the language using the user profile on SP.
