How to copy a survey scorecard into a report?

Hi all,
I have a Survey which shows the results and also the NPS calculation on its Scorecard.
I would like to copy/replicate this into a report, but I am having difficulties in adding the NPS calculation as I have on the Survey scorecard. I was able to copy the report but without the calculation.
The idea is to show it on Service Portal.
Please see below the scorecard auto-generated by the survey (what I am trying to copy):

We used Performance Analytics and created a score widget based on a formula indicator to show our NPS score.

You can do this with Performance Analytics however if you don't have it, its not the end of the world.

The alternative if this is on a dashboard would be to represent the graph as you've done and add a single score report widget in to give it some more context.
