How to create a Timeline widget and filter by more than one element from the breakdown

Hi again!

Here is what I'm trying to configure:

I want a timeline widget, On that widget I have two indicators that I want to narrow down to only showing the result from 4 companies, but if I chose Breakdown and then Element I can only chose 1 company... I don't want to create one widget indicator per customer..

Is there an easy way to do this? or do I have to create separate indicators and filter out the companies there?

Hi Veronica,

from the breakdown element filter on a breakdown dashboard, you can only select 1 element.

Would you want the scores of the 4 selected elements

1. to be aggregated into 1 score (1 line in the chart)?
2. to show as individual scores (4 lines in the chart)?

If b, maybe you can create a timeseries report and use interactive filters. (Interactive filters only work on reports, not on PA scores.)

If you always want to select the same 4 elements, consider to create a (formula) indicator combining the 4 elements into one indicator.

Guess I just have to make an indicator filtering on the 4 elements I need, just wanted to reuse some indicators I use for another Timeline. I created a new breakdown source so we can use the filter on the top of the Dashboard. Thanks anyway
