Good Morning - I have been asked to create a number of Reports using the Incident table. They are basically Frequency Distribution reports by Assignment Groups, Contact Type, State, Priority and a few others. What I am trying to do is create reports by Field (assignment group), Count of Records, % of Total with the ability to Order By?
I can get this information when I use the Pie/Bar Charts and Select "Display Data" but is there a way using ServiceNow Reporting to create only the Reports without the graphs?
Thanks Tom

Once you get into percentages, you'll need Performance Analytics. I would start by taking the Performance Analytics Essentials class to give you a solid understanding of what you can and cannot do with it. https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_article&sys_id=44c3a3ecdbf43f84d82ffb2439961...
