Currently, our service portal supports only the English language. We have now received a request to enable additional language support for Norwegian and Spanish etc.
Please help with the required steps and process to implement multilingual support in the portal.
Help to provide the implementation steps and any prerequisites & dependencies that need to be considered.

Hi @Sathwik1
1. Activate the plugin
- Navigate to System Definition > Plugins in your instance.
- Search for the language pack you want
(like
"I18N: Spanish Translations" or
"I18N: Norwegian Translations").
- Click Install to activate the plugin

Thank you so much @Tanushree Maiti , Just one last question please..
I installed one language plugin, and tested it worked perfectly fine.. now my question is... I can see all the data is translated automatically.. so I want to understand is there any external plugin we have to use for translations? because I see some people use.. dynamic translations like IBM Watson, Smartling etc.. in which scenarios those are required? and when we have use those translated text fields module? I'm bit confused.. can you please clear the doubts?
