I have a simple NPS survey (values 1 to 10) form handed out to employees, looking forward to track support experience, working on a asmt_metric_result table.
I need calculation over the asmt_metric_result.actual_value elements to generate monthly NPS for all forms received, as it doesn't work on top of mean aggregates or other basic aggregation types. Can anyone guide me on where to start?
