How to get tags on the incident sla table

Hi Team,

 

When i tried to pull the report on the incident_sla table, unable to see the tags.

But on the incident table, able to see the tags on the report.

 

How to get tags on the incident_sla table.

Hi Sulochana,

reason below

1) incident is a table in ServiceNow

2) incident_sla is a database view

tags are not available directly for that table as it is generated out of database views

you can dot walk possibly to respective table and show the tags of those 2 tables

Hi Sulochana,

 

It exists but you will have to dot-walk as below.

1. Click on Task

2. Click on '+' icon

3. Search for Tags in the Available section

4. Move it to Selected section

5. Run the reportl
