How to make a dashboard visible to an external user?

Hello all,

I have the following issue: I try to make a dashboard visible to users with snc_external role. Even if I specify the dashboard to be restricted only to users with snc_external role, when an external user enters to the dashboard's URL, there is a security access constraint.

I attach some images of my dashboard and the issue that I face.

Here is my issue. The following is what I can see:

and here is what the user with snc_external role, sees:

The table that I use is the incident table. What am I doing wrong?

Reason might be that user needs to be authenticated in order to see data.

Check with single score report if still no data.

That user may not be having table level READ ACL on incident table.

Also check the query BR is restricting the visibility or not.

OOB users with itil and sn_incident_read role can see incident table data

Also try adding the required role i.e. snc_external to this OOB Table level READ ACL and then check
