How to remove a promoted topic from Virtual Agent?

I can't seem to find an option to remove a promoted topic from Virtual Agent on the Vancouver release. Can someone tell me how?

I found this. If I hit delete, will it just remove it from the promoted topics or delete the topic itself?

That doesnt look like the same table that I mentioned.

I figured it out...when I click on the actual topic the button is not there but of I click on the description it is there. I don't remember having to click on the description and not the topic name..... at least it's working now. Thanks for you quick replies and suggestions.
