I can't seem to find an option to remove a promoted topic from Virtual Agent on the Vancouver release. Can someone tell me how?

I figured it out...when I click on the actual topic the button is not there but of I click on the description it is there. I don't remember having to click on the description and not the topic name..... at least it's working now. Thanks for you quick replies and suggestions.

Thanks Mark. I am in Global Scope and do not have the same option as you.

Interesting, you don't even have a save button. I would then think scope... though you already mentioned your in the correct scope.

And what if you open the promoted topics table directly? sys_cs_context_profile_promotion

That table does have a write ACL which has role virtual_agent_admin, though I assume you have that role?

Thank you. Yes, I checked and the proper roles. When I go into the table it's not clear what I would have to delete to remove some of the promoted topics. Maybe I should contact support since I don't have the delete button as you showed?

Also no delete button on the table itself? Then do check the write ACLs.

Basically one record just represents one promoted topic, similar like when using the conversational analytics settings page.
