How to show custom dashboard 'My Team Dashboard' By default to all ITIL users?

Hi Everyone,

I have a one requirement that when ITIL user log in, he should be by default redirected to custom dashboard named as "My Team dashboard".

For such kind of scenario, I have updated glide.home.page and glide.login.home properties. Please see attached Images. It's working. when user login he directly redirects to the dashboard.

I have given 'pa_review' role to the ITIL user and have created one custom dashboard named as 'My Team Dashboard'. I want to show that dashboard only to the ITIL users.

when ITIL user loged in, OOB dashboards are displayed but my newly created dashboard "My Team dashboard" is not displayed.

In the 'Dashboard properties'     i have given 'itil' role in 'Requires Role'   but it's not working. Any ideas on how this can be achieved?

Hi Jyoti. I had something similar happen. Try clearing the value in the 'Owner' field and see if it starts appearing for other Users.

Thank you for reply. Your solution is working.

On the Dashboard properties 'Owner' Field is a Mandatory Field. From Dictionary entry I have unchecked mandatory checkbox and On dictionary properties I set Owner field empty.   After that Pa_admin role assigned to ITIL User. It's Working.
