How to use Performance Analytics oob widgets by individual teams

Hi, we just activated performance analytics in kingston and when we start utilizing the dashboards and oob widgets, we ran into a roadblock when it encompasses all of the team that use ServiceNow and i'm not able to show data from just my groups.

For example after i create a dashboard under PA and added a widget (incident over 30 days breakdown) which is under PA to the dashboard it's showing data for all the groups in my company but am looking for a way to figure out how can i filter this just for my team assignment groups. If i click on edit this widget i saw an indicator (Number of open incidents not updated in last 30 days) but if i update this oob indicator it's reflecting update on all the user dashboards where this widget is used. Also if i update oob indicator i may ran into upgrade issue in future right

For widgets created via reports, i know we can add interactive filter widgets but how do we do something similar in PA widgets ?
