Unable to validate task in Performance Analytics (Exper Applicaiton Developer)

As you can see from the image I uploaded, steps execution is perfectly consistent with the instructions below, however, I still get an error message when trying to validate the task
 

Error: "Did you configure the Source properties per the instructions? To find the Indicator Source, search on Performance Analytics > Sources > Indicator Sources. You can find this information in Indicator sources"

"Create New Indicator Source"

Lab Instructions 

1. Navigate to Performance Analytics > Sources > Indicator Sources.
2. Select New.
3. Fill the Indicator Source form as follows:
   
   • Name: Incidents.Updated
   • Description (Optional): Daily data set of incidents that are updated today but not yet closed or resolved
   • Valid for frequency: Daily
   • Facts table: Incident [incident]
     
     Conditions:

                     Resolved | is empty | AND Closed | is empty | AND Updated | on | Today
                    
                     Hint: Select DAYS to display the Today option
   
   

4. Select Submit.
