Incidents Open/Closed by Assignment group

Hi ,

I want to create a single report which show how many incidents are created Vs closed per assignment group in a Pivot table.

1. I gave state state in the column field which the below pivot but we need to display(New/Assigned/Pending) as single state"Open".

2. I gave Active field in the pivot table column, which gives the below report but we need to display the column false as "Closed" and true as"Open" instead of false and true.

Also i heard Starting from Eureka Performance Analytics for Incident module comes with trial version. We don't have Premium version of PA.

Is there any other way we can achieve this report. Please Advice.

You can do this in other report types (but not pivot) with multiple data sets (see Using multiple datasets ).   Performance Analytics for Incident Management is complementary and you should be able to get this.   However, it has limited functionality.   Try activating the Performance Analytics for Incident Management plugin.   Check how to get started here - Get started with Performance Analytics for Incident Management
