Industry Best Breached Incidents Reports or Valuable Reports for IT Operations

We just configured SLA Definitions for Incidents. I am looking for reports that would be valuable for support groups to prioritize incidents based on SLA breaching time, avoid breaches, etc. I was thinking about scheduled and dashboard reports:

• Incidents Breaching Tomorrow
• Incidents Breching in the next 3 days
• Incidents that reached 75% of Business elapsed time
• etc

Would you share your experience of the most valuable reports in your org?

It very much depends if you would like preventive or reactive reports and do you have the possibility to utilize PA
