Interactive filter not working on time series widget

Hello,

I urgently need help with a requirement where I have created multiple indicators (formula and automated) to calculate %mttr for each priority incident. I have used time series widget to display the data for %mttr. I now want the time series data to change as per interactive filter for multi assignment groups/caller/manager.etc.

I have created a multi selection choice list for the same. However the data in time series widget are not changing based on the interactive filters. Please help achieve this requirement. I'm stuck since a week

Hi,

Interactive filters don't work with Performance Analytics widget like time series widget which you are using. Interactive filters works with operational reports only.

You can use breakdown dashboard , it can be related to interactive filters so the selected breakdown element on the dashboard acts as filter for Performance Analytics widgets.

If "Interactive filters don't work with Performance Analytics widget",  then why is there a 'Follow element' checkbox in the PA Widget record?

Is this here just to be annoyingly confusing?

Im having the same issue, my conclusion is that "Follow Element" you mention is to link the TS Widget to a breakdown filter.

Any of you have found a solution for it?. How can I filter a Time Series Widget using multiple filters?
