Is there a dot walking limitation in performance analytics breakdown creation?

I have some indicators based on Catalog Task[sc_task], Count of New, etc. I am try to provide a breakdown to the requested item. item category (CatalogTask.Requested Item.Item.Category). No matter what I try I cannot get any results.

I can create an Item breakdown (Catalog Task.Requested Item.Item).   I'm just wondering if the additional step to Category is one too far, or it just may be that I have done something very silly and have just been looking at it for too long.

We currently are able to at least dot walk 3 levels in at this time.   The only limitation we have reached ourselves is that the character limitation settings on the 'Breakdown Field' was too small.   That prevented us from dot walking to that lowest level because it couldn't read the values.   Once we reset that we were good to go, perhaps you can look into that?
